hi kristi,

i have reflux. it was documented when i had an endoscopy once. plue my sx's.
i take prevacid 30" before my breakfast and ranitadine in the evg.
also, don't eat an hr before going to bed. if your stomach's too full you'll get reflux during the nite.

i can't say about the pain. they might even check into the possibility of an ulcer.

hope you find the answers.
oh, ps...my pcp also recommended gaviscon for sx's.
