I forgot to post here that my mom got her power back on at 1:00 in the morning on Friday. She is so happy. She told she had 2 big cups of coffee yesterday and then started cleaning.

Good news Barb! Being a coffee drinker I must say that was the worst part of trying to get ready in the morning - no coffee! LOL

hope Sal is back real soon, I gots me one of them there new fangled coffee pots doesnt need electric just put on stove and brew, ohh so good, and when its gets stormy and nasty weather I will grind a few pots worth of beans just in case

We had a power outage in the Hall of The Dead & Dying (a complex for old and disabled). They tried to tell me that I had to leave the building and I just laughed at them. Campers are always ready to go. I had coffee every morning and hot meals every evening. The neighbors were blown away, it was the dead of winter but I had everything I needed and it was fun!
