Definately run any supplements, herbal, natural, manmade, or what not through your doc.

I was taking a popular supplement without doctor permission, and found I was taking something very dangerous for me....

Do check!!!

mbabic, can you keep checking back and let us know how it is working?

I kind of worry about "causing drowsiness & dizziness" I am drowsy and dizzy enough! But, then again most say that anyway!

I will be waiting to see how mbabic is doing in another week. I am with you Anne, if a vitamin works then I would certainly like to use that instead of another drug - I have enough of those....

Keep us posted mbabic & hope you had a great Birthday!!

Here is my concern.. for ANY supplements ..etc.. when you ASK your MD.. they do not really know..so often the advice against it becuase they have little to no information.

So.. I go to a certified..specialized nutritionist who is highly certified and trained and can test for counter indications. AND he can find what nutritional products counter act any side effects from one's MEDICATIONS!! He is so amazing.. and so is his evaluation tool.

My balance and terribly fatigue.. speech and cognitive problems have been corrected as a result with WHOLE FOODS..organically grown..locally..and especially designed for certain symptoms..ground into tablet form or capsules. All I know is that I am better and many of my symptoms are gone gone gone~!!!

He's so good that my two neuros send me back to him first whenever I have changes...

Warmly Jan
