While I was sitting in the doctor's surgery today waiting, and waiting, and waiting...
![]() She uses a herbal product called Rhodiola, with great success! I looked it up in Wikipedia, and this is what it says: Rhodiola rosea may be effective for improving mood and alleviating depression. Pilot studies on human subjects showed that it improves physical and mental performance, reduces fatigue, and minimizes high-altitude sickness.......... Read more : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhodiola_rosea Anything natural that doesn't involve drugs is always something worth investigating! Obviously it wouldn't be for everyone, but it's certainly got me interested. I might just check this one out.

I typed it into my web browser and got lots of information about it, and lots of places here in Aussie that sell it. Maybe you could do the same as the outlets that sell it here in Oz won't be the same for you in the US.
Naturally I can't recommend it as I haven't tried it myself yet, but it sounds good and because it's a natural herbal remedy, it has me interested. Good luck to anyone who decides to try it. Anything has to be better than this horrible fatigue that's plaguing me at the moment. ![]() I'd even try Mel's bar of soap if I thought it would work! ![]()

Just be careful.....Herbal remedies can have side effects too and some are dangerous.
It would be nice, if it were something that would safely help us with fatigue.. ![]() ![]()

Thanks Sal.
![]() I also had a good read about it when I got home from the doctor's surgery. As an ex nurse I understand all too well that natural remedies can have side effects, and can interact with other medications that you may be taking. As I'm not really taking much of note at the moment, this one looks like something for me to try. I don't know how long it would take to see any benefit, if it works that is, but I daresay it would be along the lines of most other medications...say 3 to 4 weeks. As mbabic has already ordered, I'm ever so interested in hearing how they fare! Anything has to be better than sleeping one's life away! ![]() Quote:
