I am so sorry you are having so many problems.

When I told my doctor that I was falling a lot, he said that I needed to buy a rollator. I asked him if I had to use it outside the house. He said something about how I'm not always in the house when I fall.

When I bought the rollator and used it, I discovered just how much more stable it made me. It was amazing. Mine is red (candy apple, I think) with a seat and a basket under the seat, and with brakes on the handles. Snazzy!

We lived in a two-story house with a basement. I was falling down the stairs, plus my legs were getting too weak to go up and down the stairs. So, we sold that one and bought a one-story house. It was a relief.

Good luck with whatever you decide.
