I know that pain
![]() ![]() ![]() That pain stayed after my spinal lesion attack in 2003, and was something I suffered with daily for two years before I got on LDN. I agree (with whoever said) that heat can be helpful . . . but if you have burning at the same time, heat will probably not feel good at all. I don't even like blankets on my legs when they are on fire like that. ![]() Before LDN, I was using an antidepressant for fatigue, and it seemed to help somewhat with spasticity too. Avoiding cold can be very helpful, and winter is the worst for me. Maybe once you climatize for the Fall season, things will level off. ![]() Cherie
