Yup its also what earned me my delightful diagnosis.
 I did a round of steroids which I felt helped, not everyone would agree. I cut out a piece of black paper the size of my eyeglass lens and covered one side which worked better for me than using an eye patch. Wish him well and I hope it resolves quickly.
