Well, I have decided it is time to get a pill box. I am having a hard time remembering if I took my pill or not. You would think that wouldn't be hard to remember but sometimes I just don't.
I guess it is time to purchase a pill box and start putting them in it so when I can't remember if I took them or not I can just look. I hate to think that at 40 I have to do such a thing but I guess giving in to my stupid memory issues is better than either going without or taking to many! Just another stepping stone in this process of MS
