Hugs and I know how you feel. Sometimes you wish they could see just exactly what you are going through. Lots of hugs and what you get done you get done if they can't help then you can only listen to your body dear and don't try to over do it or you will pay physically for it.Lots of hugs

(((seara)))
It's been my experience that some people can't understand what they can't feel ~ And I'm grateful that they can't feel what MS is like firsthand..Others, don't want to understand. Not because they don't care, but because they can't face the fact that someone they love is sick. They pretend everything is as it always was. To each what they can handle, I guess.
I hope things calm down for you, and that you're able to relax and enjoy the holidays. Don't try to force yourself to do what you're not feeling up to. Tell them, and tell them once, that you would love to, but just aren't able to right now..Don't back down and don't feel guilty. It's not a thing you would choose, if you had a choice. They'll figure it out.
Be sure to take good care of yourself!
Ali, your poem is beautiful. I'm printing it out and saving it. Thanks for sharing it!
Hugs to you both!
