Default Low White Blood Count

Hi Friends,
I had blood tests done today with a nurse practitioner. I have been having a lot of trouble breathing. It's very hard to get a deep breathe. Breathing is just very shallow. Having a lot of trouble going to sleep because of it.

The test showed I'm low in white blood cells. She said my count is 2.3 and it should be 4. I'm not sure what this means. Anyone know if this can have any relation to MS?

They had me get a chest xray, it was fine. They did a breathing test and it showed fine.So not sure what is going on.

I'm also low in potassium. My last blood test a few months ago, everything was fine.

Any ideas anyone?????? Thanks!
