I want to sing the praises of Benefiber. Not too much, not too little, just right.

Thanks all, I did have my gall bladder out in the 80's and had diarrhea all the time, that was before MS, that lasted for a few years, but I thought I was drinking a lot of water, but now I'm drinking even more, plus juices and more water, I'm constantly urinating, but it has helped with the stools, I don't go every day, maybe 2-3 days, I just have to make sure there is a bathroom wherever I go.

I grind 2-3 T of flax seed daily. (needs to be freshly ground) I eat it in cereal, salad, cottage cheese-anything that has some moisture to it. If I miss one day I have issues.
Best wishes,
Linda
