Thanks, guys, it is a banner day!

Dear Judy, it's $6k altogether plus the PT I'll be doing for the next few months. It's right here in town.

I am doing a 4-month trial at $500 a month to see if it's the right thing for me and at the end of $2k, I will decide whether to fork out the remainder.

If it goes as well as I hope, I think I'll be parting with a few bucks here.

I justify it thus: If I add up what I spent on recreation, like skiing, snowshoeing, hiking/camping & gear, bikes, and all the other equipment-dependent activities, it's probably a lot less money over the long haul. It's worth it! And, by the grace of God and dead relatives, I'm in a position to do it right now. To me, it's a God thing all the way. It might not have worked at all for me. I think it's meant to be.

I too have tears in my eyes and goosebumps on my arm. (Well, ok, I'll be honest. I have goosebumps on my right arm as my left arm doesn't do that anymore.)

I am really happy for you and hope the trial period goes well for you.
