Default Brain fog

Today it was the worst I ever remember it being. But we went to an amusement park Monday all day, slept a lot on Tuesday. So when I got back tot he Y yesterday for my aquatic excersize, she had increased the reps from 4 each to 8. So today I'm not sure if it was all brain fog or just exhaustion. As usual I am always much more alert in the evening so I'm fine now. But this morning was scary! I told my husband not to trust me driving.
