Oh yea, we all have days we just want to let the frustration out.

Why can't I just put a coffee cup down? Why do I have to think of every step as I put it on the table? A lot of thinking goes on so it doesn't fall on the floor.

Why do I have to tell myself to try to walk normally or to put one foot in front of the other?

Maybe this is why we get so tired sometimes since our brain has to work trice as hard to do simple tasks.
