Hi Diane, I wanted to say hi and just reinforce what the others have said.
If you've read up on MS at all, you'll know what a difficult disease MS is to diagnose, and one of those reasons is because so many other diseases have similar symptoms. It would help if your son keeps a diary. AfterMyNap and NurseNancy explained that fairly well. Get him to keep a list of all the symptoms; where they are, what they felt like, and how long they lasted. Also.... when he does go to the neuro, it helps to have some-one accompany him as that first visit is usually rather over-whelming and half of what the doctor says is usually forgoten long before the patient gets home from the visit. I wish him luck, and I do hope that it's not MS.
