Hi Char,

I'm glad things have all "worked out" for you sweetie. I was going to say take a big dose of one of those fiber drink mixes. I use the orange flavored low cal stuff when that happens. I take a double (or triple) dose at night and the next morning everything is back to normal. I had the same problem while on steroids.
