Sorry to hear it Lindakaye, and like many others, I am on Copaxone, so i can't help with the Rebif. One thing I will say is that it has really helped me to make the shots I do daily a part of the rest of my routine at night. I treat the shot just like brushing my teeth, taking my other pills, etc.

I think sometimes people tend to focus on doing their shots as an "event" and there is alot of subconscious mental buildup to the "event" that makes it alot worse than it needs to be. If you just treat it like any other chore and make it part of your established routine, then hopefully you won't be sitting around all evening thinking about how it is "almost time for your shot" and psyching yourself out about it.

I hate needles as much as anybody, but between the autoinjector and making it a routine, I really don't have many problems with it.
