Prior to, the last box and box I have in the fridge unused, I was having horrible dreams and waking every 1 to 2 hours. No trouble falling asleep, but staying asleep was another matter. Why do they feel the need to go and change a good thing, if that's in fact what they've done? Maybe that explains my site reactions and such for the past couple months too?
