We had temps in the high 60's yesterday and now our high today probably won't get out of the 30's!! No wonder I'm walking like Frankenstein!

I tried staying up all day yesterday even though I really felt like I needed a nap. Thought it might help me to sleep better at night. Wrong!!! I was up and down all night. I should have remembered that trick from when the boys were little. Keeping them up through a nap didn't work....ever. It just made it worse at night. I won't do that again!

expecting 10 to 16 inches here. I am so freaking tired of the snow. My whole body is craving sunshine. Maybe I should take a trip or go visit some southern friends.

we went to the 12:00 show so that was good! I made it home right before the snow started coming down and then had an hour nap on the couch!

The movie was good - Marley and Me, I read the book so was excited about seeing the movie, it was a little different but still good!

You are right Judy, the little fresh air and activity did me good!

Good for you, Lambchop, I'm sending more sun and I'll even raise you 10°+ by the end of the week.

Oh, and I agree, the fresh air can help but, sometimes, we really do have to take the resting seriously.

Yabbit and Deji, you can come visit me in central Utah. We just had the warmest February on record, ever! Lots of very pleasant days when you didn't have to wear a jacket.
