glad to hear I am not the only one! I blame it on since I didn't sleep while on the roids my body is trying to catch up but I think I should be caught up by now!

maybe I am just not moving enough? I need to get out and do more? just a thought!

I feel your fatigue! Been feeling it for a few months now. Maybe you can take a nap the day you are supposed to go to the movies with your friends. Then you'll be able to get out and have some fun!

I think it's our crummy weather. Did Maine get the weather bomb? We got it last weekend. The pressure dropped so rapidly, I ended up in the hospital with a migraine from HE double hockey sticks.

I've been feeling fatigued myself the last several days, and generally I'm not affected like this. I'm getting 8 hours of sleep and feeling like I had 4 hours.

We had temps in the high 60's yesterday and now our high today probably won't get out of the 30's!! No wonder I'm walking like Frankenstein!

I tried staying up all day yesterday even though I really felt like I needed a nap. Thought it might help me to sleep better at night. Wrong!!! I was up and down all night. I should have remembered that trick from when the boys were little. Keeping them up through a nap didn't work....ever. It just made it worse at night. I won't do that again!

expecting 10 to 16 inches here. I am so freaking tired of the snow. My whole body is craving sunshine. Maybe I should take a trip or go visit some southern friends.
