Poor RW! I hate nausea, and I'm sorry it's being such a problem for you.
 I hope when the antibiotics are finished it will all be over.

OK, that's just so wrong that you are still feeling so nauseated. I'm really worried about you RW! I agree w/Dej w/taking small sips of fluid. Do you think the pain meds could be causing it? They make me nauseated, depending on what it is.
Please get that Dr to listen to you, so you can start to feel better. . Sending healing prayers your way and sure do hope tomorrow is a better day for you. {{{{RW}}}}

Flagyl is a nightmare for sure! My suggestion is don't take the flagyl and cipro together and eat before each one. Chocolate milk worked for Jim when he was puking his guts out on Macrobid. He also split the doses like I mentioned and it helped. You can also get over the counter nausea liquid at the store if all else fails.
No matter what works I pray your done with this crap soon.

Awwww, *stands on tippytoes to hug and pat RW on the back* I'm so sorry that you're going through all this gunk. Ummm, didn't you just have your appendix out? And now all of THIS? Ughhh!

Thanks everyone, this morning I took the zofran before I even got out of bed. I'm doing a milkshake before I do the meds, splitting everything up into separate doses and having a few bites of toast and yogurt before each dose.
The swelling is going down from the fluid and it is easier to breathe. I have to weigh myself when I get up in the am and I've lost 25 lbs of it so far, so maybe I can actually eat more than a few bites at some point today! I hate to whine, but I just felt sooo bad last night, and I am sooo sick of barfing. Hopefully today will go better.

You get those drugs you need!!!! Tell them its been a week, to save the "drug seeking lectures" for when its been three months  !!NOw go take that shower....you stink!!!!( just kidding really, you smell mahvelous!!!)
