Default Right Left Confusion

I'm experiencing weird visual disturbances lately. Everything is moving except the item I am focused on. Double Vision, Nystagmus???

Anyway, I seem to have forgotten which side is right. Been to eye docs and Neurologist and everytime I'm asked to do something with my right side or face right I either do the opposite or freeze unsure what I'm supposed to do.

Interestingly Right Left confusion has to do with signal from occipital to parietal lobe.

Guess I'm wondering how it is related my my vision stuff, if it is. MRI this saturday. Curious to see if there is a lesion there.
