I will take a new brain, new spinal cord, let's chop off my massive hips and see if we can grow some smaller ones..... oh oh, can I be really shallow and ask for new boob cells too?

imagine though how many lives could be saved of people waiting for organ transplants.

Yes, especially since there won't be any rejection of the new part, since the Part will be regenerated from the person's own cells.
