Twink I am trying very hard to eat healthier. I think if I do that, these 20 or so extra pounds should come off or I'll at least look better and if not that, then feel better.

The sun has been out for a few days now. I have a bit more energy but still feel that veil over my mind. I did a lot of yard work to day and I feel the good kind of tired but also feel that sluggishness (is that even a word?). Maybe every day I'll start to feel a little bit better!!

I hope you are all right that it's the weather. Thanks for your words of encouragement!

the extra weight could be a factor in your fatigue.
do you do some exercise? like some walking? that may help over time.

also, MS fatigue is common and it's real.
one of the hardest things i had to learn was to listen to my body. to stop when it said stop and go home and take a nap. i always feel better after i wake up.

Nursenancy, I definitely agree with you that the extra weight is not helping my fatigue but in fact making it worse. Walking is my second choice for exercise, yard work and gardening is my favorite. I loose track of time in the yard! I wish taking a nap would help with the fatigue but even after a 2 hour nap I'm still exhausted and dragging.

Maybe all the good vibes I am getting from all of you together with mother nature and the sunshine, I'll be feeling better soon!

Hey K!!! Glad you had a good check up! I just had a bunch of labwork done and found out my Vit D levels were dangerously low. The Dr said that could have been contributing to my fatigue. I am now on meds for it.

Glad you had your levels checked. Let's hope nice weather will stick around and we all feel better. Sunshine is so therapeutic.

Happy your health checked out well, in spite of the ms. I hope you have luck with healthy eating and regain some of your energy. I know it sure can be the ms. But, being as healthy as possible can hopefully help ease up the fatigue somewhat. You are in my thoughts! Spring is going to help us all feel a little better!
