I'm 68, nearly 69, and was diagnosed with MS at 39. I mostly just lurk here but I wanted my age to go on record, in case some of you younger people are afraid you won't live very long.

Large numbers of us live quite a while.

Hi Sally, :Wave-Hello:

How nice of you to reply! I think of you as a cyberfriend of long standing.

I'm hoping we'll show them all that people with MS live to a ripe old age.

I've read a number of posts lately by much younger people who are absolutely sure they'll die young.

They probably won't--that's my guess. Let's hope they don't.
