Dej, I can't remember if I talked about it at the time, but I had arm spasms from injecting there and my Shared Solutions nurse told me to skip the arms and do 6/7 shots weekly, doing 2 shots in the stomach.

Prior to that, I was a faithful 'shooter' .

Of course now, I don't even do any shots.
