Ya know, I think that the hula is helping with my “bend down” muscles. I was pulling up some weeds in the garden yesterday. I am usually only good for five minutes of that, since my “bend down” muscles are really weak. This time I was able to pull weeds for quite a bit longer than that, and I suffered no muscle soreness afterwards. Don’t you just love it when you find something that actually helps you to put up with this disease?

I'm so jealous. I haven't been able to bend over without falling, for ages..

Good for you, Marion..
