Didn't you tell her that you were in the Permanent SLOW LANE? :D

I was in front of it, because dh, and bagger were blocking with a cart, and bagging as quickly as possible. Rude lady leans in to say "excuse me! You are blocking the credit card machine, can you move?!" i took a step backwards. Turned to the cashier, and said "why did you start another order before you finished this one?" then i turned to the rude lady and said "i will move when its your turn. For now its my turn. When my turn is over, i will move forward, and you can have your chance. Till then, please get off my ***! I cannot move forward until the order has been bagged. Thank you! The cashier finally stepped forward to help bag the rest of the order and apologized to us both.

There definitely are more of those "idjits" around these days! Way to go, Dej! Guess she was never taught any manners -- or the cashier either. You Go Girl!!!!:)

Good job,Dej. Maybe the next time both that girl and cashier will think before they behave like they did with you.

Dej -

I had some clown in a Hummer so close to my tail I could only see into their windsheild, nothing of the truck. I just went slower and slower until they got the hint.

I mean, I had been doing the speed limit - which means limit of how fast you go, not limit of how slow you go.

I always think of that Bette Midler moment (what was that movie?) in the parking lot when the young women zip into the spot and say "We are younger and faster"

And Bette crushes their car outta the parking space and says "Yeah, but I'm older and better insured"

I'm not sure, but wasn't that "Fried Green Tomatoes"? It wasn't Bette Midler...Cathy something?

Dejibo 05-28-2009 12:03 PM

It was Kathy Bates.

Face it girls I am older and have more insurance! Woo! TOWANDA! that was awesome.

We went out today, and everyone is in a huge hurry. Some man from out of state was stuck at the traffic light, clearly in the wrong lane, and trying to get out of what he got into. Do you think ANYONE was going to be patient? nope, no one stopped, they all tried to ram him, and the woman behind him was laying on her horn, as if that was gonna make it better. He was almost in tears, and quite upset, and his wife was gripping the dashboard in fear. We felt so bad for them. NO ONE gave them an inch to get in the other lane. Should he have just turned left, as he was in the turn lane? well, yeah! but clearly he was quite lost and turned around.
