Red face

I don't have MS, but I do have PN. And we have similar moments. I drop stuff all the time. I miss the waste basket all the time now at least once a day. And eggs present a difficult situation too.

About 3 summers ago, my son came to visit up North and he was appalled at my "language" because I had a flare then, and was dropping and swearing. I try not to say things, but sometimes those slip out. I have the added problem in retrieval as well.
When I work on the crystal balls I make, I can drop the little stones 50 times a day or more! I bought some long tongs with plastic tips at Ikea to help me with this. (I sit in the living room with a little work table so I can watch TV while I work.)

But some days I am better than others in this department. Usually when I overdo, there will be a few days of moaning, groaning and dropping/swearing.

Oh, we're drinking out of plastic cups these days. I've smashed more crockery than we can replace.
yesterday i was holding a piping hot pitta bread and OH was looking at me and asking 'What do you want?' as my mouth moved but nothing came out.
I just couldn't form a sentence that summarised 'get a bloody plate, my sodding hand is burning!'

its just crazy how you can be sailing along, and then ZIP, out she comes. Smashes plates, ties my shoe laces together, steal my thoughts. pinches or pokes me. then ZIP she goes away. My husband says "did that 5 year old girl beat you up again?" (in a sing song voice)

I am glad to see I am not the only one.
