I am on copaxone, and have issues with heat. I do my shot early in the morning, not long after I get up. I pull it from the fridge, and keep it next to my body for 20 minutes or so, and when its MY body temp, I shoot. I by then am finishing with my tea, and dressed, and ready to start the day.

I have not noticed any effects other than my ON stuff that swings on during the heat. I am not sure I could do my shot if I was out and over heated. I get warm pretty quickly though.

You will find a pace for yourself. its a matter of trying it till something works for you.
