Is it possible to have lasting effects from too much heat yesterday?
I sat outside in the direct sun for a couple of hours yesterday at a Flag Day celebration. I got terribly overheated and was really messed up the whole day even after I cooled down. In past summers, when the heat would zap me, I just had to cool down and then I would be OK. Is it possible that yesterday's exposure is still affecting me today? Does anyone else experience this or am I just wiped out from something else?
