I wake up with my hands (one or both) totally asleep almost every night.
It's usually the left hand, I'm a left side sleeper. I think it's because I'm...not small...and I sleep on that side pretty much exclusively. I had an EMG (think that's the right name) last year, and the neuro said it wasnt carpal tunnel, but he didnt know if it was being caused by the MS or not. Probably is, but I'm trying to not blame it on that...it could just be that I'm kind of heavy, and I sleep on that arm a lot and it's getting squished.
