I can best describe mine as it feeling like my head's in one of those hot air dryers that fits over your head. That kind of overall but in some places hotter sensation. Or a crawling heat feeling. It's unnerving as heck!!! Mine also gets worse with heat, but ONLY with weather heat. When the humidity goes up, I get the head heat full time. Now that it's not humid and cool here this week, mine's gone away. Soon as it warms up though I expect it to return a bit. I didn't find any of the previous drugs I tried really helped it, and I haven't been on Cesamet long enough to find out if it's going to help the heat sensation. I do know it helped the more acute area of burning and pain so far. I gave Neurontin, Amitriptyline, Tegretol and a couple others a shot before.
