Default Swishing

I have eye swishing. I switched from Prozac to Zoloft about 8 months ago. My swishing started around that time but it persists. I get swishing when I move my eyes to quickly. Its usually one or two swishes and maybe a slight off balance feeling. I also have some vascular issues and I am worried it might be related to that. Has anyone had these swishing sound persist?
