This thread sure is a breath of fresh air!!!
![]() I'm off to the Health Pavillion to do my pole walking, they have an ER on site in case I wipe out, and the staff know me from my routine blood work, etc. The other cool thing is that the building is measured for distance and I can use those markers for tracking my progress. I've decided to commandeer them as my new cheering squad, I realized yesterday at the end of a month's PT that I will miss the boundless encouragement and sense of accountability. This bunch will unwittingly become my new support group. ![]()
