Aftermynap: What is pole walking? Is it like pole dancing
![]() Tx: Your cycling really stuns me--I so wish my legs could do that! 800 calories in 50 minutes: Much better than 400 calories for my mile. Think of how much peanut butter I could eat if I could burn 800 cals! I love hearing about it all. Even tho BT is back up, I'd like to stick around and keep the Keep On Moving Club going. Its my passion-- to support and inspire people with MS to keep moving.
