You'd have been so proud of me, boss ...

I normally can not do pools or water because the temp is too cold and it upsets my spasticity in a big way. I could use a wetsuit of sorts, but I simply won't resort to that in a public pool, and don't have access to a private one.

Yesterday I had to attend an all day function in blistering 100+ degree weather, but it was on a beach. I brought my bathing suit cause I thought I could at least do a little dip with the sun to warm me up quickly. As it turned out, the ocean was warm enough to not upset the spasticity too much, but cool enough to refresh me and to get some exercise.

I really did think of you while I was splashing around.
