We've had a mild temp summer so far here in mid ohio, but the humidity has been high. Can we say spasm marathon? :D

It is definitely the humidity that zaps me. It's not as humid today as it has been recently and I can feel a huge difference in the way I feel.....and the way I walk.

I'd go to bed with muscle spasms in my legs so bad I'd be crying.......checked the humidity and it was over 80%. Today it's low....51% and I feel so much better. Not great but better.

Those were some wicked thunderstorms we had! I was at MVH on a morphine drip and they woke me up around 2:30 a.m.! LOL

This morning it's just beautiful outside and it's not supposed to be so humid today - we'll see. Just enjoying hanging out in the A/C myself. :winky:

Yes, the storms were awful and today is gorgeous....And just why are you in the hospital on a morphine drip, Missy..:hug::hug:
