We've had a mild temp summer so far here in mid ohio, but the humidity has been high. Can we say spasm marathon?

It is definitely the humidity that zaps me. It's not as humid today as it has been recently and I can feel a huge difference in the way I feel.....and the way I walk.

I'd go to bed with muscle spasms in my legs so bad I'd be crying.......checked the humidity and it was over 80%. Today it's low....51% and I feel so much better. Not great but better.

Yes, the storms were awful and today is gorgeous....And just why are you in the hospital on a morphine drip, Missy..
