I think back to what a "typical" day used to entail for me. Up at 4:30 AM....shower....dress.....out the door by 5:30 AM and at work by 6 AM. Put in at least a 12 hour day (sometimes more), stop by the store on the way home, do a couple loads of laundry, watch some TV, in bed by 11 PM. Sleep a few hours and repeat the process. Never thought twice about it. Now.....I'm exhausted just thinking about it!
