Yes Annie is right, trust your intincts.

Often I wonder how my Drs come up with some of the things they say, Iam living in my body 24/7, they see me for maybe 15 minutes every few months. They still wonder why I'm not out working.......I'm just waiting for the day, when I say, "why don't you come and live with me for a month, and see the real me"

I'm afraid when you can't wash your face, such a simple thing, your body is trying to tell you to rest........been there done that, and yes its hard, I still find it so.

It sounds like your body is really trying to tell you something, despite your Dr telling you sport is ok, maybe just not at the moment.

wish I had some better words of wisdom, I just hope your cardio helps out
take care
Kate
