My opinion is that you should stop all the exercising. It just doesn't make sense to me to continue doing that when your body is telling you that it can't handle that right now. Our bodies speak to us for a reason Tyson and it is up to you to make your mind listen to it. Slow down and stop all the exercising. It's hard but I really feel that you will get better in the long run if you slow down and remember that life is a marathon not a sprint

I do hope you find out what the problem is real soon.

Blessings,
Shari

Question

Are you still taking high dose prednisone?

All these feelings could be side effects from this drug alone.
(low potassium, low magnesium, weakness etc.)

I've lost track with your med changes.
