Default Wow! I think summer is going to kill me!

It has been low to mid 90's in South Texas this past week....and weakness wise, I feel the worse I have ever felt. My arms were like noodles and it felt like work to walk around. It felt like I wasn't even taking Mestinon and Pred.

How does everyone try to stay cool during the summer?

And to think it is just going to get worse!
