Does anyone have trouble if there is a rapid drop in temperature?
Yesterday we went from the 80's to the very low 60's in a few hours here in NJ, I felt pretty good most of the day, but by the time we hit the 60's I could just about walk, felt even worse this morning it was in the 50's when I first got up. I know the heat and humidity is a problem, curious about the cooler temps, this is all so new to me. Thanks, Rachel |
