Confused Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome and Myasthenia

Hello,
I have generalised MG, diagnosed since 2006.
Recently a sibling of mine was diagnosed with Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome. Does anyone know some information regarding inheritance of both conditions? Thanks!
