Default Vitamin D Lamps
I know there have been several posts regarding low Vit D levels on this site. I too am low on Vit D and I have been doing research on how to supplement my Vit D (other than taking the 60,000 mg/week tablets) and have found that the lamps used to treat SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) also treats low Vit D levels.

I went on Amazon.com, typed in "Vit D lamps" and found quite a few with prices from about $50 to $450. I haven't decided exactly what I'm going to do yet, but thought I would mention this here since it is a problem for several other prople.
