Sorry to post again. Tried to feel better about this. Find the courage to just open it. See that nomatter what it says I will come out the other side. But here I am and its near 8PM and I havent opened it yet. It is a certified letter that came Friday from my landlord.
The best outcome is that he is trying to rectify the airconditioner situation since the housing folks just did the inpection and his end means a new rental agreement. I had sent him a note about 10 days ago asking to work out putting the one in now that weather is moderate and a turnaround time is less pressing for my health and his schedule too. The worst the letter could be is notice they will nolonger rent to me. I am not sure they can do this without cause and with the housing department looking over thier shoulder. I passed my inspection. If I had better health and the money I would have moved by now. And it would be a fast move it that is it as the housing department requires a new agreement by May 1. I have special needs in an appartment and that makes it hard to find one period. I need radiant heat at the very least. I surely would like to still have laundry on site so I can do some when I am up to it but that too it hard to find. Certainly another issue and maybe one of the worst is the hardship on my children needing to move me. This and having not a spare penny in the bank for a down payment and such is the big big problems. I guess I mostly needed to just write about this, to get my thoughts out. I just need to do it. I know you'll find the courage to face this, whatever it is. Hard that this comes at the end of a day, when you must be exhausted. We're thinking of you. Let us know.

Annie, did everything work out? There's so much going on in your life lately! I'm so happy to read hopeful stuff from you, about new doctors thinking in new directions.

Hi Abby, I am sure looking forward to hearing what my current neuro I changed to thinks of the MG diagnosis from Dr Suh. I sure hope it will positive. I have the option of going back to Dr Suh and using who ever his MG patient use but that is 2 1/2 hour drive there. My pcp got the report but was unusally dissmisive and honestly more passive-agressive than I have ever seen him. It is time to go. If I go into the hosp here and he is called it will not be good. He has shown this in the past. He support the univeristy view other than my pulmo which is convenient as he can then just dissmiss alot of what goes on.
I called legal aid yesterday or Thursday and am going to try to atleast get an extra 30 days to move out. My daughter went out of her way to assure that if things stall on aprtments I can some to stay with one of them until one is found. My little granddaughter was here when I opened the letter from my landlord and tho I only paused briefly as the sad washed over me and a tear came she read this and started to cry and said she wants me to come live with her. That she has asked her mom this before and she cane share her room with her baby sister. I had to pull my self together and hold her and tell her it would all work out. I called Des Moines office of Civil rights and that personj encouraged me to file another complaint against my landlord with this new evidence of them having this agenda of no disabled in the building. I asked what outcome would be since we already know from the last one that they wont mediate. He said for one it gives me more time (300 days) and that is why the last one possibly was messed up as I was so so sick and it had to be done in 100. He said if they find cause against them I could get damamges for having to move like moving costs, depsosit and all. Now that does interest me and I sure will need that. On the basic end since the last complaint was dismissed they may think they have the advantage and they have mailed me this crazy detailed list of all the charges for anything from nail holes stove drip pans that is not to their liking I will have pay to replace when I move. filling this again could at least keep them from hitting me with alot of this stuff out of retaliation. I have to decide what I need to do given my health. Annie59 |
