Default Breathing so so bad

Guess I pushed too far. This balancing of all I have to do now with added duties of moving and extra medical stuff like the CT that was supposed to be today. I cant go or I will end up in the hosp. I would be better than this if I could have stayed on 10mg of steroids. My breathing go better when I was at that dose. But thats what the CT is about. My body is suddenly this past month getting worse than ever around tolerating meds , foods and having these incidents of vomitinng an diareah and abdominal pain.

I made alot of calls yesterday is the problem and my daughter who is doing the big work of apartment hunting for me had a lot of news to go over so she stopped after work with appilications and brochures and more. She found a great place that has several openings and a move in special which this broke person needs. I tried to limit talking and email where possible. Oh how I wish my neuro would give me an injection of prostigmine today!!

I emailed my daughter when the larger dose of mestinon this morn still had me in bad shape about 30mn ago. It is frustrating that a large dose is only 12mg cause I havent got the Lomotil yet to counter the gastro symptoms. She is gonna move the CT to Thurs. If I stop talking and walking even here in aprtment for 48 hours I hope I will stablize enough to get test Thur.

Gotta go and rangle as I sit what I can get done on the computer and with help of my aid that comes in about 2 hours.

I hope you get your strength back, fast! You sure are going thru it! I am so glad you have your family. I hope you really do sit back and get your rest. Let everyone help you move. Maybe call your case manager adn let them know you need help moving? Maybe they know of some help. Mine knew of a program and they came and moved all my boxed to the new apartment.
I hope you get your test and the help you need!

Annie I am so sorry to hear that you're not feeling ay better. I can relate. My breathing is really bad also. But the pred doesn't help my breathing very much anymore. I also have chronic diahrreah. I take Imodium. Over the counter. Can't go out unless I take that and even then, I have to know where the bathrooms are wherever I go. Mostly I stay home. And now that I'm on methotrexate as well, I also feel nausea and my diahrreah is worse. Ugh! Be strong. Hopefully you'll turn the corner soon.

I asked my daughter to ck in in the morning and if I am still this bad she needs to call the neuro. Since he now has tthe new eye specialist confirming MG I am hoping he will do the neostigmine/atropine injection that was this mini cure to me when the university did it. It was equal to 60mg of mestinon and I handled it fine with the atropine to counter the stomach and bowel stimluation.

I guess I have to stop just saying I get diareah. I get horrificcally painful, cramping, sit on the toilet and pray I dont faint diareah. And with that I would vomit and not just a little but repeatedly and hard. What it does to nerves/muscles in the rest of my body it way over does in my stomach and bowels. That gets better when my vitamin D/parathyroid starts to become more normal. Like today taking that 12mg dose. I couldnt have done that last week when the vit D/parthyroid were worse. After getting it Sunday with fluids I am doing better in that area at least.

I know this has something to do with vit D issue as when I first took mestinon I didnt have this. If my pancreatis is sick or liver or whatever and it gets fixed hopefully my tolerance for mestinon with improve along with my other meds and foods and all.

On my breathing again I havent been this bad since last October. Usually I recover during the nite and from rest. This today isnt normal. I am trying to get as much mestinon in me today as possible. I broke my routine yesterday besides being busier and forgot myacupuncture. That is a big deal for me. I am over due to go to my doc and get a full on from him too. So my daily smaller treatment is more imprtant.

Thankfully breathing is a chunk better today thankfully. And it was better during the nite. BIG relief!
