I wanted to do a new thread for you, in case your post got missed in the other thread.

Tracey, have u learned anything new about your burning hands and acky joints. Yesterday, both of my palms where on fire all day, nothing helped. When i placed them into the dish water, I almost cried. This morning my joints r stiff, but I have never had redness with the burning. I can handle pain, but the burning is really hard. If u have learned anything or anyone else out there has any knowledge, please share. We have lost our insurance and I hate to add any doctor bills.
I'm sorry you have lost your insurance. Do you know that they are supposed to offer you COBRA insurance? Can you afford that? Most states have less expensive health insurance. Also, there are often "free" clinics people can go to.

Burning hands is not a normal symptom. It could reflect a peripheral neuropathy or a number of different things. Things like joints being stiff or burning could be an inflammatory condition. Or a B12 deficiency or, again, lots of things like Raynauds, arthritis or lupus. You really need to be seen by a doctor.

If you have any other symptoms, write them all down! It will help a doctor to figure out what's going on. You may not even be fully aware of all of the symptoms since people so often disregard them until they became worse. Take some time to sit and think. Maybe even look over your body from head to toe to see if anything doesn't look right. Or feel right.

I hope you will get help. Do you have MG or think you might?
