Default Anthistamine a problem for M.G. patients ?

Hi SueV,
My Doctor said I could take Claritin but I am questioning that because on the Claritin site it said it contains anthistamine 5 mg. I thought that drug was a problem for M.G. patients. Would it make my swallowing worse?
Thanks for any help you can offer me.
